  2. OSISATECH Polytechnic, the first Private Polytechnic in Nigeria in 1989, Enugu, Enugu State.
  3. Madonna University, Okija, 1999 the first Private University to begin in Nigeria and the first Catholic University in West/.
  4. Caritas University, established in January 7 2004.

Through his Educational Institutions he is waging an all-out-war against all enemies of Peace, all forces of destabilization in society especially in schools, viz: corruption in all its forms, exploitations, riots, strikes, rampant immorality, destructive cultism, etc. In his schools, these evils are fought to a stand-still. His Institutions are non-denominational, i.e. open to people from all creeds, race, colour and gender. In each there is adequate respect for every one's faith but none for anyone's fanaticism. In Madonna University for example, Christians, Muslims and other non-Christians study side by side and live in perfect peace.

The handicapped and the abjectly poor receive special attention through institutionalized scholarship awards. Since inception, some 15 years ago, Osisatech Polytechnic and College of Education have been training, free of charge, all handicapped students (blind, crippled, deaf and dumb) that passed through these Institutions which had set up Special Education Departments for such handicapped persons.

Madonna University has always no fewer than 50 students studying under this special scholarship scheme for the abjectly poor. In Fr. Edeh's Institutions, education and morals are given equal attention. His graduates are hot-cakes in the labour market. His universities, which have international character - with indigenous and foreign professors and students are the envy of many.
